Yesterday I wrote about how I want to write here every day. Today, I want to set an intention and find a new way of looking at the wall to find out what can prevent me from writing regularly.

Incidentally, these are going to be 5 minute writes. I set a timer for 5 minutes and write until it goes off.

A New Way Of Looking At The Wall?

I love how creepers use walls as a support and a means to grow.

It makes me think that I can do something similar with the wall that keeps me from writing regularly.

When I think of a new way of looking at the ‘wall’, I think of using it as a means to grow in my writing. It will act as a reminder that I can write despite a block. It will reminder me about my determination to write and my passion for it.

Self-doubt creeps in. That inner critic that tells me that I can’t stick to thing. But what they tell me is not true. I’ve been blogging regularly since December 2007. That’s 14 years — a long time.

I can do this. And I will. Every single day.

Are you facing a wall in your writing? Consider looking at it in a new way?
